Coordinator for our homebuilding and remodeling operation. The selected candidate will work with clients, project managers and support staff to ensure projects are built per specifications, per budgetary guidelines and that projects meet the company's and its clients' quality standards. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, have superior time management capabilities, excellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. Duties include working in proprietary builder software to update budgets, quotes, estimates, and selections. Working with clients and subcontractors on selections and scopes of work. Working closely with project managers, design, and production staff on scheduling, materials availability, and supply coordination. Working with production and accounting staff on expense/budget tracking and reporting. Customer/Client interaction skills/experience a must. A minimum of 5 years of construction experience is required. Bachelor/Associate's degree preferred—competitive salary with excellent benefits.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Residential construction: 5 years (Required)
