Assisting Skilled Carpenters: Learn from and support skilled carpenters in constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
Tools and Materials Handling: Carry and organize tools, materials, and equipment necessary for the job. Maintain tools and ensure they are in proper working condition.
Site Preparation and Cleanup: Assist in preparing the construction site by clearing obstacles and hazards. Perform regular cleanup to maintain a safe working environment.
Basic Carpentry Tasks: Perform basic carpentry tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling under the supervision of an experienced carpenter.
Compliance with Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
Learn and Grow: Take advantage of on-the-job training opportunities to develop skills and knowledge in residential carpentry.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
