ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Provide support to Sales & Design Associates to help them complete quality projects in an efficient manner.

Use Design 13 20/20 software or other approved software to depict renderings of the designs of the sales and design team.
Collaborate with the design team to render drawings that reflect their goals.
Using technology, create design canvas by laying out walls, windows, etc. under the guidance of the Sales and Design Associate.
Assist the design team by pricing jobs using knowledge of kitchen design, layouts and elevations.
Assist Designers in the management of the full cycle ordering process for all cabinet and counter projects from inception to completion.
2. Provide excellent customer service to clients and prospective clients.

Meet and greet showroom visitors in a positive, engaging manner in person and via telephone.
Consistently shows hospitality to our guests, such as by offering coffee, water, etc.
Provide assistance to clients with regard to hardware, various cabinet designs and colors, LED lighting.
Ensure clients receive consistent services by maintaining designated in-house communication systems (calendars, client files).
Assist in the planning and coordination of various marketing and networking events, sometimes outside of normal business hours.
3. Engage in continuous quality improvement efforts that minimize errors, optimize efficiency, and provide quality, timely service to clients.

Co-facilitate harmonious relationships with other employees so as to ensure a team-oriented and positive work environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to review each others drawings, designs, pricing for quality control.
Collaborate and brainstorm with colleagues to resolve problems, define new goals, improve processes and service delivery and to identify training needs.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Requirements:

Working familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word), and / or Google Docs.
Proficiency in Design 13 20/20 or other approved designed technology (at least 1 year required).
1-2 years of cabinetry design experience
GED or High School Diploma
Current driver’s license.
Preferred Education & Experience

Associate’s Degree or Certification in business administration, interior design or related field.
1-5 years of cabinetry sales experience
