ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Provide excellent customer service to clients and prospective clients.

Consistently show hospitality to our guests.
Remain knowledgeable about our products, industry trends, and competitive products.
2. Engage in continuous quality improvement efforts that provide timely service to clients, minimize errors and optimize efficiency.

Collaborate and brainstorm with colleagues to resolve problems, define new goals, improve processes and service delivery, and to identify training needs.
3. Develop a pipeline of sales leads and relationships.

4. Design and sell cabinetry and other products.

Meet with and actively seek feedback from clients/prospective clients about their cabinetry design goals while introducing them to design concepts.
Collaborate with the Assistant Designer and develop drawings using Design 13 20/20 software or any other approved software.
Quote and manage the full cycle ordering process for all cabinet and counter projects from inception to completion.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum Requirements:

Working familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word) / Google Docs, etc.
Proficiency in Design 13 20/20 or other approved designed technology.
10 years or more of sales and cabinetry design experience with a proven sales track record.
GED or High School Diploma
Current driver’s license
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Language skills: Reads and comprehends simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; Writes simple correspondence; Presents information in one-on-one and small groups situations to customers, clients and other employees.
Mathematical Skills: Adds, subtracts, multiplies, and divides in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; Computes rate, ration and percent.
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Cabinetry installation and/ or finished carpentry experience.
Associate’s Degree or Certification in business administration, interior design or related field.
