Accounting Office Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our bookkeeping team. We are one of Asheville‘s favorite bookkeepers and office management providers for small businesses and corporations since 2014.
We currently have have a FT Salary position available for Bookkeeper with customer service experience - (40 hours per week, flexible schedule) in lovely offices right off the expressway downtown-free and easy parking. We are seeking a QB Online bookkeeper with Real Estate Office experience (accounting), so if you have experience in construction or real estate this is a position that is set for you to strive where your talent will be highly valued. We currently are offering an immediate position to the right candidate for Bookkeeper Client Representative with an Annual Salary beginning at 42K and up (DOE) - with Biweekly Pay- plus this position offers exclusive bonuses for client retainage and satisfaction.

What the AOM Bookkeeper Client Representative does:

The individual we are seeking for this important role will be responsible for performing routine and detailed procedures for their clients. The duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Performing a variety of activities to assist the accounting manager in maintaining the financial, statistical, and accounting records of their assigned clients by entering and tracking data in the accounting systems and generating reports on a daily basis.
Preparing various financial, regulatory, and special reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis as requested by management and clients. Transfers funds as requested; transmitting and receiving funds, and executing scheduled transfers ensuring that transfers are complete and compliant. Verifies and maintains Fixed Assets and Prepaid Expense subsidiary ledgers, entering purchases, and reconciling bank accounts, investment accounts and credit cards. Prepares accounts payable items.Reconciles general ledger accounts, researching and posting correction entries as... needed or directed.Resolves accounting problems by clarifying the problem, determining the cause, executing a resolution, and expediting the correction or adjustment.

Required Skills:
Good decision-making abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and proven leadership skills. He/she should be highly capable of multi-tasking, working well under pressure and keeping up-to-date with current accounting standards and procedures utilizing the training being offered.

What we are looking for:
*QuickBooks and all Microsoft Software Experience a Must as well as Accounting and Previous Bookkeeping required for both positions.
*Experience in Construction not necessary but could bring higher compensation
AD or equivalent coursework or on the job experience with solid references in Accounting or related field is desired Minimum of 2 years experience with progressive knowledge of accounting procedures General knowledge of.
